The controller named below uses the information you provide — including your name, contact details, requested dates and circumstances of your stay — to review your rental request, reply to you and prepare a rental agreement at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation). Access is limited to the people managing the rental and the technical providers needed to run this service. Requests that do not proceed are retained for 90 days after submission. For an accepted request, the data needed to manage the rental is retained until the end of the stay if this is later. It is then deleted. Required fields are needed to review your request; your phone number and questions are optional. Your data is not used for marketing, and decisions about your request are not automated.
